Born and raised on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, Breland Almadova grew up surrounded by the ocean, mountains, sunshine, and a culture deeply connected to movement, community, and living close to nature.
As a lifelong athlete and professional baseball player, Breland spent more than a decade learning firsthand that performance isn’t just about what happens on the field. It’s about how you move, what you put into your body, how you recover, and the daily choices that allow you to feel your best for years—not just for a season.
That philosophy eventually grew beyond baseball.
In 2020, Breland turned his passion for health and nutrition into Mana Living Health, starting as a small health bar at a local farmers market in Hawaiʻi at Kaiser High School. He serves simple, fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies to the community—bringing together the things he believed in most: real ingredients, active living, good energy, and connection with people.
The name Mana comes from the Hawaiian concept of a life force or spiritual energy—an inner strength that connects us to ourselves, one another, and the natural world around us.
That original idea continues to guide Mana Living today.
